In Wazabi, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns must be requested within the same day of receiving the product.
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Perishable items such as flowers and food cannot be returned. However, a refund or replacement may be offered if the product quality is found to be unsatisfactory
  • Damaged or Defective Products

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery.
    • The return request will be processed after verification
  • Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Products

    • If the product does not match its description or does not meet your expectations, notify our Customer Service team on the same day of receipt for assistance.
    • Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
  • Products with Manufacturer Warranty

    • For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer directly.
