Cancellation policy
Wazabi believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
- Orders for perishable items such as flowers or food cannot be canceled. However, refunds or replacements may be considered if the product quality is proven to be unsatisfactory.
- Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 3-5 business days.
